We little knew that morning,
God was to call you home,
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same,
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did know go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home,
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
You are always by our side,
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again...

CATHERINE ELIZABETH GABLE 43, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Oct. 7, 2001). Born in Cincinnati,she lived here for many years. She was a beautician and was Catholic. Survivors include a son, Corbitt Crawford, and two daughters, Jamie Crawford and Tracy Crawford, all of St. Petersburg; her parents, Naomi Rybolt, St. Petersburg, and Edward Henderson, Cincinnati; her grandmother, Catherine York, Cincinnati; two brothers, Greg Henderson and James Henderson, both of St. Petersburg; and two grandchildren. Blount, Curry & Roel Funeral Homes & Cemeteries, Memorial Park Chapel, St. Petersburg.
